PROCESS & PRODUCTION TIME
Stacks take pride in crafting each piece by hand and made-to-order just for you. As a small business, please allow us up to 10 to 12 business days to process and produce your order. We appreciate your patience and understanding!
SHIPPING POLICY
You will receive an email confirmation within 24 hours of placing your order that will include an order number, your selected shipping method, order details and ship-to address. Please confirm the address is correct as we are unable to reroute goods once they have been shipped.
Once your order has been processed and produced, we will ship it to you via the shipping method you choose at checkout. Shipping costs vary depending on the destination and the shipping method selected. Please note that shipping times may vary depending on the carrier's delivery schedule.
Custom orders are final sale and not eligible for expedited shipping.
PORCH PICK-UP
You can skip the shipping fees with free local pickup. After placing your order and selecting local pickup at checkout, your order will be prepared and ready for pick up depending on production time. We will send you an email when your order is ready along with instructions.
TRACKING YOUR ORDER
After your order has been shipped, we will provide you with a tracking number that you can use to monitor the status of your shipment. Please allow up to 24 hours for the tracking information to be updated by the carrier.
LOST OR DAMAGED PACKAGES
Stacks is not responsible for any packages that are lost or damaged due to carrier mishandling or delivery errors. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim.
